They develop, acquire and manage exceptional apartment communities in unique locations.  Orbital Socket was tasked with the branding of their new property in the NoDa neighborhood located in Charlotte, NC. ​​

OBJECTIVE

To brand a property that is a reflection of the community.

RESULTS

After officially opening in the summer of 2020, Bainbridge NODA felt optimistic about leasing during the Pandemic.  They’d seen quite a bit of interest despite not having pre-leasing rates.  With an occupancy rate of 85% and climbing, Bainbridge sold the property in May of 2021.
