OVERVIEW

Located in Charlotte, NC, the SPX Corporation is a supplier of highly engineered products and technologies, holding leadership positions in the HVAC, detection and measurement, and engineered solutions markets. ​

OBJECTIVE

To rebrand the SPX talent management program to drive increased employee engagement and stimulate more interest in and awareness of the SPX brand for potential future employees. SPX required not only a visual identity but a new name for this program as well.

RESULTS

SPX team members understand that SPX is a brand that speaks to the opportunity for team members to be a part of building “what’s next” for SPX, all while SPX invests in building “what’s next” for them, creating their sustainable future at the company. It is a brand that calls all of the team members to life beyond just going to work but rather significantly impacting each other, the company and the community that SPX serves.

WORK

Considering SPX’s line of business and taking advantage of the arrow like nature of the SPX mark and the goal of the talent management program, we crafted a verbal and visual identity that speaks to the culture of SPX and their desire to invest in their people: RisE – Building People That Build the World. Reach, Identify, Strengthen and Engage – the four pillars of the program.
